1 Usage Agreement

By registering, accessing or using the elit88 platform, you agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement is effective between you as a member and elit88 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after reading this document is considered a valid and binding agreement.

These terms cover all services offered by elit88, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, boxing betting, as well as all related payment facilities and customer support services.

2 Member Eligibility

elit88 account registration is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration.
• Registering with personal information that is truthful, accurate and complete.
• Not on an active self-exclusion list.
• Registering one account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not acting as an agent or third-party intermediary.

elit88 reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account if the eligibility requirements above are not met or if false information was provided during registration.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each member is allowed to hold one elit88 account only. Holding more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email, phone number or payment information, is a serious violation of these terms.

Members are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts, including keeping their username and password confidential. Never share your login information with any other party.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact elit88 customer support via live chat or email immediately. elit88 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account use that was not reported within a reasonable time.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The elit88 platform accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is also set at RM50. No maximum limit is stated generally — limits apply based on account level and the payment method chosen.

The withdrawal processing period is between 30 minutes and 3 hours once verification is approved. This is a typical estimate and may vary depending on technical factors or additional identity verification requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by elit88, including the welcome bonus, VIP cashback and periodic promotions, are subject to the stated wagering requirements. Members must understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: elit88 offers a first bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received. Example: a deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM150 with an account balance of RM250, and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonuses may not be used to win cash directly before the wagering requirements are fully met. Any attempt to misuse bonuses, including opposing bets or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

• elit88 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Unused bonuses within the stipulated period will expire automatically.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the elit88 platform, covering online slots, live casino, sports betting and boxing betting, are subject to their respective game rules. Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven.

In the event of a technical disruption, elit88 reserves the right to cancel or suspend affected rounds or bets. Any credits that are over or under as a result of a technical disruption will be corrected by us promptly.

The use of automated software, bots or any third-party tools designed to circumvent game mechanisms is strictly prohibited. elit88 uses monitoring systems to detect unusual behaviour and appropriate action will be taken without prior notice.

7 Member Responsibilities

8 Account Closure and Prohibitions

elit88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if these terms are breached. Situations that may lead to account closure include:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Holding more than one active account.
• Abusing bonuses or the promotions system with fraudulent intent.
• Using automated software or unauthorised methods to influence game outcomes.
• Involvement in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Violating any specific conditions related to a promotion being participated in.

If an account is closed due to a breach, any account balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. However, legitimate balances unrelated to the breach will be processed according to standard procedures once the investigation is complete.

9 Limitation of Liability

The elit88 platform is provided "as is" and elit88 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. We are not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, internet service failures, or any circumstances beyond our control.

elit88 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by members based on information found on the platform. All bets are entirely the member's own decision.

10 Amendments and Applicable Law

elit88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms and conditions is always available on this page and takes effect immediately upon publication.

It is the member's responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated will be considered acceptance of those changes.
